These sample are representative of the products you will receive. It is your responsibility to review these samples to determine the suitability of our products for your organisation.
You must read what is included in the products you are purchasing on the relevant page for that product. As a general guideline, all of our units of competency are supplied in editable Microsoft Word and PowerPoint format. All units of competency include:

- Element Practical Assessments
- Whole Unit Practical Assessment
- Observation Checklists
- Assessor Guide
- Assessment Mapping Document

- Delivery Session Plan
Refunds:
- Refund requests are assessed on a case by case basis. If a refund request is received and assessed as valid. you will receive a refund.
- Populated templates for all training and assessment products are developed immediately upon receiving your payment. This means that we have done some work on the products. If you cancel an order once unit of competency or RPL templates have been developed, but before the resources have been completed, we will deduct 20% of the total order cost from the refunded amount to cover the cost of developing the templates. We will send you the templates following the refund.
- If you cancel an order before unit of competency or RPL templates have been developed, we will deduct 5% of the total order cost from the refunded amount to cover the administration of the order and refund.
Cancellation by Vendor:
We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time if circumstances are such that we are unable to develop resources in a reasonable timeframe or to our expected quality standards. If we cancel an order, we will notify you in advance, and will refund 100% of the purchase cost.
Validation:
Our products are valid in respect of the relevant ‘current’ unit of competency document on www.training.gov.au at the time of writing and meet all of the requirements of the knowledge evidence, performance evidence, performance criteria and foundations skills (if applicable) as per the relevant ‘current’ unit of competency page on www.training.gov.au
If there are concerns about the validity of assessments, we will work with you to correct them. If we agree that an error has been made and a requirement or criterion has been omitted or misinterpreted, we will amend the error and re-issue the materials.
Contextualisation:
As per Clause 1.8 of the Standards for RTOs 2015 it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contextualise any products purchased.
Audit Guarantee:
Our assessments will pass audit. If an issue is highlighted, let us know, and we will work with you to rectify it.
At the time of writing, our products meet all of the requirements of the knowledge evidence, performance evidence, performance criteria and foundations skills (if applicable) as per the relevant ‘current’ unit of competency page on www.training.gov.au.
Intellectual Property (IP):
The products you purchase can be used as you wish for the purposes of training and assessment within your organisation. You have the right to edit them as much as you want and do not need to retain any copyright statements or our business name on the documents.
