By making payment for any of our products, you confirm that you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions below.

Due Diligence:

These sample are representative of the products you will receive. It is your responsibility to review these samples to determine the suitability of our products for your organisation.   

You must read what is included in the products you are purchasing on the relevant page for that product. As a general guideline, all of our units of competency are supplied in editable Microsoft Word and PowerPoint format. All units of competency include:

  • Learner Guide
  • Learner Guide With Images
  • Learner Assessment Workbook, including:
    • Written/Verbal Questions
    • Element Practical Assessments
    • Whole Unit Practical Assessment
    • Observation Checklists
  • Assessor Guide
  • Assessment Mapping Document
  • PowerPoint (Headings Only)
  • Delivery Session Plan
  • Assessment Validation Template
  • RPL Kit (Not Included. Additional Cost Applies)

Refunds:

  1. We do not provide refunds for training materials that you have received/been sent via email or via download link.
  2. If you cancel an order once unit of competency or RPL templates have been developed, but before the templates have been populated/written, we will deduct 20% of the total order cost from the refunded amount.
  3. If you cancel an order before unit of competency or RPL templates have been developed, we will deduct 5% of the total order cost from the refunded amount.

Cancellation by Vendor:

We reserve the right to cancel an order at any time without notice or explanation. If we cancel an order, we will refund 100% of the purchase cost.

Validation:

We do not provide additional validation for any of our products. They are valid in respect of the relevant ‘current’ unit of competency document on www.training.gov.au at the time of writing and meet all of the requirements of the knowledge evidence, performance evidence, performance criteria and foundations skills (if applicable) as per the relevant ‘current’ unit of competency page on www.training.gov.au

We will not accept reports or opinions of second or third party validators as evidence of invalidity of our products.

If we agree that an error has been made and a requirement or criteria has been omitted we will amend the error and re-issue the materials.

Contextualisation:

As per Clause 1.8 of the Standards for RTOs 2015 it is the responsibility of the purchaser to contextualise any products purchased.  

Audit Guarantee:

We do not provide any form of audit guarantee. Audits are subjective processes and different auditors may interpret information in different ways. Our only guarantee is that at the time of writing, our products meet all of the requirements of the knowledge evidence, performance evidence, performance criteria and foundations skills (if applicable) as per the relevant ‘current’ unit of competency page on www.training.gov.au

Intellectual Property (IP):

We retain the Intellectual Property rights for all products developed.

Licence Agreement:

This licence agreement is provided for your purposes only. I.e. if you need one for compliance reasons, you can use it but we do not require it or enforce it. Therefore, if you want one or need one, here it is, if not, no problems!
