BSBWHS412 Assist with workplace compliance with WHS laws (Release 1) is the updated version of the previous unit of competency – BSBWHS402 – Assist with compliance with WHS laws. This unit is s great introduction to the world of WHS/OHS legislation and elements of the Australian WHS legal framework.  This units guide’s learners through researching and understanding legal, obligations, rights and duties, to planning and implementing legal compliance measures that will enable the organisation to both achieve and maintain compliance with WHS law.
